Undersealing - do you need it?

It's a messy job – but well worth it (and you don't have to do it yourself!) 

Typically, Japanese cars don't come with added protection simply because it isn't needed, as they don't use salt on their roads!  

In the UK, winter brings with it gritting and salt, so a protective coating to the underside of the vehicle helps prevent rust, corrosion, and damage from water, salt, mud, and road debris.
